*Responsible for partnering with assigned groups and providing recruitment support
*Participate in developing annual recruitment plan as requested
*Assist managers on hiring trends, market awareness and recruitment tools
*Internal and external advertising for approved positions in accordance with Statoil requirements
*Support managers in identifying, selecting and interviewing qualified candidates
*Negotiate and propose and prepare offers for potential candidates in accordance with HR compensation strategy together with BA HR (Internal and External)
*Maintain resume and application database and provide training as needed
*Prepare recruiting reports and other reports as requested
*Respond to customer requests within SLA response time in Service Management
*Assist in development of work processes in Recruitment with high focus on use of technology, cost and increased efficiency
*Assist in the development and evaluation of the recruitment process to ensure compliance with U.S. laws and regulations and aligned with company governing documents and GBS HR Norway
*Update and maintain recruitment and sharepoint files in accordance with U.S. laws and regulations and company requirements
*Responsible for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) compliance and training
*Ensure job descriptions are in accordance with U.S. regulations
*Identify ways to promote the employer brand internally and externally working closely with communications and line HR.
*Assist in career fairs and campus recruitment
*Work with brand to formulate external sourcing tools and strategy
*Create effective relationships with recruitment service providers within oil and gas industry
*Actively use internal and external network for best practice sharing.
*Effectively collaborate with key stakeholders and customers building and maintaining working relationships
Qualifications
*7+ years experience in Human Resources in recruitment
*5+ years experience of full life-cycle recruitment
*3+ years experience of Oil & Gas Upstream/Downstream/Midstream experience required
*2+ years of HR compliance experience (EEO, I9) required
*Knowledge of US laws related to recruitment
*Working knowledge of Service Level Agreements
*Experience and in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking system (Webcruiter)
*Ability to work both independently and in team setting in a fast paced, high volume environment
*Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
