The purpose of the Compensation Analyst is to collect, analyze, and prepare wage and salary data to facilitate compensation and management functions of organization. Provides wage and job analysis and documentation. Makes recommendation to compensation design and process improvement. Supports the overall compensation process through review and possessing of monthly adjustments requests as well as annual merit review and adjustment process. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Work with Compensation Manager on a variety of projects including sales program design, analysis, budgeting and implementation of new or revised sales compensation programs. *Collect and document information to administer sales commission process. *Research and correct sales commission calculations. *Document and update sales compensation information. *Provides prompt, courteous service to all internal and external customers. Prioritizes and addresses customer needs and demands in a professional manner, providing follow-up and developing cooperative relationships. *Identifies opportunities and recommends methods to improve customer service, work processes and financial performance. Assists in design and implementation of quality improvement initiatives on departmental and organizational levels. *Assists team members in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service. Orient new co-workers and actively support team development. EDUCATION: *College degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Finance or related field. EXPERIENCE: *Minimum 5-7years professional level related experience. OTHER: *General compensation knowledge including compliance with multi-state and federal regulations. *Good analytical skills. *Microsoft Office skills, good verbal and interpersonal skills. *Customer focused interpersonal skills are necessary due to interaction with employees and all levels of management. *Detail oriented. (Downtown) - Reporting to the Controller the SENIOR ACCOUNT duties are as follows: The Senior Accountant fulfills a very integral role of the Company, with responsibilities for the monthly financial Close process, US GAAP compliance, internal-controls monitoring and compliance and systems management.
